High Vibration Living Through Food!

Hey friends!

This week on the Healthy is Hot Podcast, I chat with Chef @whitneyaronoff 👩‍🍳

On this week’s episode, Chef Whitney walks us through her journey of becoming a Chef and teaches the HIH community all about High Vibration Living - how we can choose High vs. Low vibration foods the next time we’re at the grocery store to help fuel our bodies with good food that makes us feel good! 🥦

Whitney was working a corporate job in LA and realized there must be more to life than what she was doing, and really questioned how she wanted to spend her time. After about 10 years of researching different things, she finally found the Health Supportive Culinary school in which she later enrolled. BUT, Whitney was still working her corporate job and gave herself a year to begin this new career path. Little did she know the universe was going to have her begin MUCH sooner - Whitney was laid off from her corporate job and was given the break and the time to pivot into being a chef!

After finishing culinary school she couldn’t wait to share with others what she had learned and help support their health through cooking!

Tune in to learn more about:

  • Whitney’s wellness habits

  • High vibration vs. Low vibration foods

  • How your attitude in the kitchen matters

  • That you REALLY should wash your rice and quinoa before cooking it!

In this episode, Whitney reminds us to not only pay attention physically to how we feel after eating, but also pay attention to how we feel emotionally. “The food that you eat everyday should nourish you, and light you up, and help you connect to this physical body, because we really only have a short time to be here and have this experience in this body.” - Chef Whitney Aronoff

To learn more, LISTEN NOW and pass this on to someone that could benefit from this raw and real conversation.

You are on your way to living your best life, your Healthy Is Hot Life!
